Kennedy Jenks is hiring a Collaborative Delivery Project Manager for its California team to lead complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure, environmental, and industrial projects. The role owns project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, client engagement, team coordination, performance monitoring, and delivery strategy, while also mentoring staff and supporting proposals and feasibility studies. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least 10 years of progressive experience delivering technically complex projects, and knowledge of project controls and regulatory environments; a California Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain one is preferred. The position uses a hybrid model with at least two office days per week and offers a salary range of $127,000 to $212,000 plus benefits.
