Description

HDR is hiring a Collaborative Growth Campaigns Lead to serve as the central lead for complex, high-value business development campaigns and new service-area or geographic-focused pursuits. The role partners with corporate, business group, market sector, operations, marketing, business development, technical, project management, and executive leadership to develop strategies, coordinate cross-functional campaigns, assess market and growth risks, prepare proposals, and deliver executive communications. It requires 15 years of leadership and management experience in the A/E industry, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and strong communication, project management, client development, and consensus-building skills.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, political science, engineering, architecture, business, or a similar field
Required Previous Experiences: 15 years of leadership and management experience in diverse business development teams in the A/E industry
Broad A/E industry experience identifying growth trends and aligning strategy with client development, project management, and marketing and communication tactics
Experience managing strategic marketing or client relationship programs and leading new, undefined, or abstract campaigns
Client development experience and a documented history of growing or leading a practice and winning work
Experience working cooperatively across market sector, business class, regional business group, area business group, managing principal, and area management teams
Preferred Qualifications: Global business development, pursuit, or campaign experience
