Description
The Collagen Production Assistant will process raw materials, manufacture and fill collagen products, package and sterilize them, maintain GMP-compliant batch documentation, clean equipment, follow cleanroom and hygiene regulations, perform in-process quality controls, and support inventory counts. The role requires German proficiency, willingness to work shifts, teamwork, reliability, safety awareness, and technical understanding of wet-process equipment; chemical or medical experience and IT-system experience are advantageous. The position offers permanent employment with long-term cooperation, above-tariff pay, bonuses, shift schedules, training, and placement support.
