Description
The Collateral Fulfillment Manager leads the Collateral Fulfillment team within Citizens Bank’s Collateral Risk Management department, overseeing appraisal and valuation product procurement and delivery for home equity, mortgage, and foreclosure operations. The role manages fulfillment coordinators in hybrid and remote settings, monitors pipelines and service levels, resolves vendor and operational escalations, supports staffing and recruiting, and drives process improvement and team development. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of mortgage or collateral operations experience, and at least two years of direct people leadership experience. The position offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $86,000 to $109,000 per year and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
