Description
The Associate, Collateral Modeling and Analytics will support loan valuation, risk analysis, reporting, and mortgage collateral programming. Responsibilities include managing quarterly residential and commercial collateral valuation and risk processes, integrating third-party pricing vendor data, reviewing pricing methodologies, supporting collateral models and model validation, preparing reports for senior management and the Board, correcting mortgage data files, and providing member portal support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of progressively responsible mortgage portfolio analysis and risk management experience, proficiency with mortgage market software and databases, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-management skills.
