The Vendor Management Specialist serves as the primary contact for repossession vendors, providing performance feedback, SLA guidance, fee approvals, account audits, reporting, onboarding, policy development, and resolution of performance, invoicing, transportation, complaint, and compliance issues. The role requires collections or loss-mitigation experience, vendor-management experience preferred, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of FDCPA and repossession laws.
