Description
The Collateral Risk Analyst evaluates automated quality-control reviews of commercial real estate appraisal reports to assess model accuracy, identify valuation and regulatory compliance risks, and remediate deficiencies. The role uses appraisal review software, communicates with appraisers and valuation professionals, manages vendor performance, and works remotely for properties throughout the United States. Candidates need a Certified General Real Property Appraiser license in good standing or 10+ years of commercial real estate collateral risk or appraisal underwriting experience, along with knowledge of appraisal methodology, USPAP, and applicable regulations.
