RRD is hiring a Collator Operator for a second-shift, Monday-Friday schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with occasional weekend overtime. The role sets up and operates collating, labeling, patching, folding, gluing, perforating, and cutting machines; interprets work orders and specifications; maintains dimensional accuracy; performs safety inspections; and tracks production. The stated starting minimum rate is $24.44 per hour, with a pay range of $22.44 to $31.62 per hour and a $2 per hour shift premium.
