Description
The Junior Collections Analyst – South America supports the management of accounts receivable portfolios across assigned countries, including follow-up on past-due accounts, payment reminders, aging and DSO reporting, payment-behavior monitoring, dispute resolution, customer communication, record accuracy, credit-policy compliance, and process improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, at least two years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, basic analytical and problem-solving abilities, Microsoft Office proficiency, and teamwork.
