Description
Satispay is hiring a Collection Manager – Consumer Credit to own end-to-end collection strategy across consumer lending products. The role focuses on data-driven and AI-powered collection approaches, customer segmentation, predictive decisioning, communication personalization, KPI and ROI optimization, service-level and regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management. Candidates need at least seven years of consumer credit collections experience, a fintech, banking, or financial services background, strong analytical and data skills, and experience with AI applications in collections. The position requires relocation to the Luxembourg office and follows a hybrid policy with three days per week in the office.
