Description
Satispay is hiring a Collection Manager – Consumer Credit to own end-to-end collection strategy across consumer lending products. The role focuses on data-driven collection strategies, AI-powered next-best-action and prioritisation, personalised customer engagement, recovery-rate and cost-to-collect KPIs, service-level and regulatory compliance, and coordination with Finance, Product, Data, Legal, and external collection partners. Candidates should have at least seven years of consumer credit collections experience, a fintech, banking, or financial services background, strong analytical and segmentation skills, and experience with AI applications in collections. The role follows a hybrid policy with three days per week in the office.
