TTEC is hiring a Collection Representative – Dayshift to work onsite in Pasay. The role manages end-to-end recovery files from demand through settlement and closure, maintains compliant CRM records, monitors portfolio ageing, validates documents, negotiates settlements, and resolves disputes with insurers and third parties. Candidates need at least a Senior High School diploma, 2–4 years of collections or negotiation-heavy voice experience, strong written English, negotiation maturity, documentation discipline, and CRM or case-management experience.
