The role focuses on recovering delinquent accounts through phone and email, negotiating payment plans, resolving billing disputes, skip tracing, maintaining records, and supporting payment-related correspondence. Applicants need at least two to three years of collections or related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of debt-collection laws, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position pays $26-$30 per hour.
