Description
The Collections Supervisor will lead and coach a team of professional collectors, overseeing invoice processing, payments, collections, month-end closing, account reconciliations, KPI targets, quality assurance, workload balancing, cross-training, and operational excellence. The role also coordinates with site leadership, procurement, finance, and other stakeholders and requires a university degree, at least four years of experience including two years in a shared service center, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
