Westlake Financial is hiring a Servicing Department Supervisor to oversee 8–14 employees in an automotive loan servicing and collections department. The role supervises call-volume coverage, collection workload assignment, account accuracy, repossession and legal referrals, staff training and coaching, workflow scheduling, audits, compliance reporting, and employee performance. It requires a high school diploma, at least two years of supervisory experience with five or more direct reports, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and overtime.
