Description
The Waste Collector is responsible for collecting household, commercial, industrial, road-sweeping, and construction and demolition waste; loading and transporting it to collection units or vehicles; maintaining clean work areas; using assigned equipment and personal protective equipment; ensuring rear-compaction systems function properly; and following safety and operational instructions. The role requires a high school diploma, reading and writing skills, and preferably six months of experience following instructions in formal or informal tasks.
