The Collections Agent serves as the first point of contact for borrowers, providing guidance and tailored payment and debt-restructuring solutions. The role assesses customers’ financial situations, manages complaints and objections, coordinates debt-resolution processes, communicates final decisions and terms, and maintains accurate records. It requires 2–4 years of experience as a Collections Agent, preferably in a financial or banking environment, strong Greek communication skills, and familiarity with CRM, Word, and Excel.
