Iceberg Finance is hiring a full-time, permanent Collections Agent in Quebec City to handle customer calls and emails, follow up on delinquent payments, monitor accounts receivable, initiate legal collection proceedings, research judgments, and coordinate with insurers, tow yards, and investigation departments. The role requires prior collections-agent experience, knowledge of relevant legal requirements, strong communication and negotiation skills, French and English fluency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases. It is an on-site position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, weekends as needed, and benefits including dental insurance, additional health insurance, RRSP matching, paid vacation, and an on-site gym.
