Description
Oze is hiring an entry-level, contract-based Collections Agent to join its Ghana team in Accra. The role owns end-to-end recovery of overdue and delinquent loans through phone, SMS, and in-person field visits, including negotiating repayment plans, recording outcomes, prioritising accounts, and meeting collection targets. It is performance-driven with uncapped earnings and requires 1–2+ years of relevant collections experience, strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, fluent English, familiarity with Accra, and a smartphone with reliable internet.
