Carmoola is hiring a full-time Collections Analyst in London on a hybrid basis, requiring at least two days per week in the office. The role owns the analytical performance of the collections function, including reporting on arrears, roll rates, cure rates, payment arrangements, and recoveries; shaping evidence-based collections strategy; testing contact and segmentation experiments; forecasting arrears and losses; and partnering with Collections, Operations, Finance, and Risk. The position requires strong analytical, SQL, spreadsheet, communication, and commercial judgement skills, with direct collections experience a bonus rather than a requirement. The salary range is £60,000 to £70,000, with private healthcare and other benefits.
