Pacifica Continental is seeking a Collections Analyst to manage financial folders, customer invoice and payment records, root-cause coding, portal invoice uploads, and customer discrepancies for a major global technology company in NORAM and Canada. The role supports collections specialists with first-attempt, second-attempt, and proactive collections activities and contributes to current-account, DSO, bad-debt, and quarterly targets. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least one year of collections experience, basic office administration and finance knowledge, basic Excel, and advanced English are required; FSSC experience is advantageous.
