Description
The Collections Analyst manages OPO, OREO, charge-offs, and recoveries; maintains GL reconciliations, monthly reports, bankruptcy and delinquency reporting, and account documentation; analyzes delinquency trends; and coordinates attorneys, collection agencies, vendors, repossession agents, and other third parties. The role requires a high school diploma, at least seven years of experience in high-volume loan and banking collections, prior Collections Specialist I and II performance, knowledge of debt-collection and bankruptcy regulations, recovery-management software proficiency, and Tableau reporting skills.
