Description
Allica Bank is hiring a Collections and Recoveries Specialist to support the Head of Collections & Recoveries in managing Commercial Mortgage, Asset Finance, and Growth Finance portfolios for customers in or at risk of financial difficulty. The role develops repayment and recovery strategies, assesses distressed customers, coordinates with solicitors, insolvency practitioners, and debt collection agencies, manages security enforcement and asset sales, maintains IFRS 9 reporting, monitors regulatory and market risks, and supports process improvements. The position requires at least three years of collections experience in commercial mortgage or asset finance, knowledge of lending products and security enforcement, and understanding of regulatory and impairment requirements.
