Tamara is hiring a Collections Associate for its Collections Team in New Cairo, Egypt. The role manages collection escalation tickets, coordinates cross-functional resolution, conducts root-cause analysis for regulatory and legal escalations, documents compliant responses, and supports quality and operations through call audits and chat and email monitoring. Candidates need at least one year of high-volume customer care or collections experience, Arabic and English fluency, analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CRM and spreadsheet tools; fintech or BNPL experience and knowledge of relevant debt-collection regulations are preferred.
