Description
The Collections Coordinator will manage accounts receivable and collection activities for a law firm, including monitoring aging reports, contacting clients and attorneys, resolving billing and documentation issues, preparing collection reports, and supporting billing and accounting functions. The role requires at least two years of collections, accounts receivable, billing, or accounting experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
