Description
FairMoney is hiring a Collections Head to own end-to-end collections performance, including cash collected, arrears, roll-rates, PAR/NPL, recovery economics, and recovery strategy. The role designs multi-horizon collections programs, segmentation and behavioural interventions, experimentation frameworks, data-driven reporting, and leadership development, while influencing Product, Risk, Technology, and Customer Experience. It requires at least a first degree, eight years of collections experience, senior leadership experience in lending, fintech, or credit-led businesses, and a track record of improving collections performance. The position is remote with significant CET timezone overlap and requires at least one week per month in Nigeria.
