Description
8am is hiring a Collections Manager to own the end-to-end collections and accounts receivable lifecycle, lead a team of collections analysts and specialists, manage high-volume receivables and recovery strategy, oversee balance holds, ACH returns, write-offs and journal entries, analyze delinquency and cash-flow trends, enforce SOC 1 and SOX controls, and introduce AI automation. The role partners across Finance, Risk, Sales, Operations, Engineering, Disputes, and Underwriting, and requires at least five years of relevant experience plus leadership, analytical, spreadsheet, CRM/ERP, compliance, and AI workflow-optimization skills.
