SBI Card is hiring a collections management professional to oversee collection processes for an assigned credit-card portfolio and geographic area. The role manages allocation and performance of vendors and non-field team executives, drives recovery and normalization targets, conducts field reviews, ensures settlement, compliance, data security, complaint resolution, vendor due diligence, invoicing, and adherence to collection strategy and process standards. A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline and knowledge of credit cards and collection processes are required; financial services industry experience is preferred.
