SBI Card is hiring for a collections management role responsible for managing collection processes across an assigned portfolio and area, allocating work to vendors and non-field staff, driving recovery and normalization targets, monitoring field activity and agency compliance, handling settlements and customer complaints, safeguarding data, and overseeing vendor due diligence and invoicing. The role requires credit-card and collections-process knowledge, analytical and stakeholder-management abilities, problem solving, results and process orientation, and a graduate or postgraduate qualification.
