Budget Thuis is hiring a Collections Officer to help customers with outstanding energy and mobile bills. The role involves contacting customers, municipalities, and debt counselors; negotiating feasible payment arrangements; investigating and resolving billing issues; recording conversations and agreements; and suggesting process improvements. The position offers 24–40 hours per week, fixed 09:00–17:00 working hours, hybrid working, and a gross monthly salary of €2,912 based on 40 hours.
