Langley Federal Credit Union is hiring a full-time Collections Representative to work on-site in Newport News, Virginia. The role communicates with members about delinquent accounts by phone and letter, negotiates payment solutions, performs skip tracing, processes payment transfers, monitors accounts in multiple systems, and initiates repossession or legal workflows. One year of collections experience is preferred, while customer service, sales, or related experience is required; one year of college or technical school is also preferred. The target pay range is $17.64 to $21.78, with a monthly performance incentive of up to approximately 18% of base earnings.
