Westlake Financial is hiring a full-time Collections Representative in Dallas, Texas, to handle inbound and outbound calls for customers 31+ days past due, negotiate payment plans, use skip-tracing tools, review repossession accounts, and reduce delinquency while maintaining compliance. The role requires at least one year of consumer collections experience, knowledge of the FDCPA, computer proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
