Collections Representative at Hi-Line

Hi-Line, Inc. is hiring a full-time, on-site Collections Representative in the Dallas/Farmers Branch area to independently manage a portfolio of business-to-business accounts. The role involves analyzing account risk, establishing collection priorities, making and receiving collection calls, negotiating payment arrangements, resolving account disputes, recommending credit actions, documenting customer communications, and supporting invoice and cash-account processes. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, B2B collections or accounts receivable experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and ERP or accounts receivable system experience; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
