MCI is seeking empathetic and motivated Collections Representatives to contact customers via phone and email regarding overdue accounts. The role involves negotiating repayment plans, following up on missed payments, updating customer records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and meeting collection targets. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma/GED, are bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong negotiation skills, and can remain calm under pressure.
