Description
The Collections Representative supports debt recovery for clients by contacting debtors, arranging payments, setting up payment plans, sending correspondence, updating management, contacting health insurance carriers, and managing patient accounts. The role also coordinates with legal departments on skip tracing, asset location, and garnishments while complying with HIPAA and information-security requirements. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate’s degree preferred; Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication, problem-solving, judgment, integrity, and results orientation are also required.
