The role involves financial counseling, account resolution, compliance with federal regulations and credit union policies, inbound and outbound call handling, and documentation across multiple systems. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience handling early-stage collections on 1 to 30 days delinquent accounts

Experience in a high-volume call center environment preferred
Preferred Qualifications: High-volume call center experience
Bachelor's or associate's degree, especially in retail, sales, or customer-facing experience
Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, banking, or customer service
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to navigate multiple systems and document account activity
