Franklin Savings Bank is hiring an on-site Collections Representative in Farmington, Maine, to support collection activities, regulatory reporting, loan servicing, and communication with customers, lenders, attorneys, and internal departments. The role includes generating collection letters, monitoring charged-off loan repayment agreements, preparing foreclosure and bankruptcy files, maintaining loan records, and producing delinquency and collections reports. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s degree in a related field and prior financial-services experience are preferred. The position offers $21-$24 per hour plus annual incentive compensation and benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, education reimbursement, a 401(k), and a pension plan.
