eClinicalWorks is hiring a Collections Specialist to manage and collect outstanding accounts receivable from customers and vendors, resolve billing disputes, reconcile accounts, monitor delinquent accounts, discuss payment plans, and educate customers on self-service payment options. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of accounts receivable or billing experience, and Sage Mas 500 experience; a master’s degree and business administration major are preferred. Compensation is $50,000–$55,000 USD annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
