Description
The Collections Specialist collects delinquent direct and indirect consumer, Visa, mortgage, and mobile home loans; resolves Synapsys events and member call-back requests; processes letters of guarantee and GAP claims; negotiates remedies; analyzes member financial situations; and provides administrative support. The role requires strong communication, accuracy, time management, member service, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and at least three years of collection experience in mortgage, mobile home, consumer loans, or credit card collections are preferred, along with knowledge of Fair Debt Collection regulations and bankruptcy practices.
