The part-time Collections Specialist supports a credit union’s early-stage delinquency management process by monitoring 15–60-day past-due accounts, making outbound and inbound collection calls, discussing payment options and repayment arrangements, documenting member interactions, sending approved notices, and escalating accounts as needed. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, strong communication and recordkeeping skills, basic math and computer proficiency, and the ability to work a consistent part-time schedule.
