The role handles collection calls, customer service, account monitoring, account adjustments, reconciliations, receivables research, payment follow-up, correspondence, and record maintenance. It requires knowledge of financial and accounting software, federal and state financial regulations, and the ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports; a bachelor's degree in accounting, three to five years of accounting experience, or successful completion of CPA exams is normally acquired through this combination. English/Spanish bilingualism, customer service or collections experience, and/or long-term care experience are preferred.
