Description
The employer is hiring experienced Collections Specialists to work remotely from Mexico or Colombia as independent contractors. The role handles inbound and outbound collections calls, negotiates payment arrangements, resolves delinquent accounts, documents interactions, and complies with FDCPA and collections regulations. Compensation is $260–$270 USD paid weekly plus performance-based commission, with ongoing training and advancement opportunities. Candidates must have previous BPO collections experience, strong English and Spanish communication skills, negotiation and objection-handling abilities, and meet specified hardware, internet, and software requirements.
