Toss Bank is hiring a Collections Specialist to manage subrogation operations for guaranteed loan products, including incident notifications, claims, subrogation payments, communication with guarantee institutions, asset investigations, claim preservation, and legal procedures. The role also supports team work requests and customer communication. Candidates should have direct subrogation experience, strong external and customer communication skills, basic knowledge of deposit or loan products, and strong self-motivation. This is a one-year contract position, potentially extendable to two years, with remote work available depending on business needs.
