Description
InfuCare Rx is hiring a Collections Supervisor to oversee and train the pharmacy/infusion collections team, manage insurance and patient billing, follow up on unpaid claims, prepare appeals and corrected claims, review EOBs, report receivables, reduce days sales outstanding, and resolve billing roadblocks. The role requires knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid, infusion billing and collections, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, electronic claims, compliance, and computerized billing systems, with a high school diploma and an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
