PingWind is hiring a Collective Training Subject Matter Expert to support the Department of War and the Military Intelligence Readiness Command in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The role develops, coordinates, executes, and assesses collective training programs across intelligence disciplines, including GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, All-Source Intelligence, and Counterintelligence. Responsibilities include reviewing training plans, creating scenarios and objectives, managing resources and logistics, developing evaluation criteria, conducting after-action reviews, and coordinating with GFCs, Army Reserve Intelligence units, and other stakeholders. The position requires TS/SCI eligibility, a bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience, and at least five years of military intelligence training, readiness, or operations experience. Up to 30% travel may be required, and the salary range is $86,000 to $120,000.
