Octane is hiring Collectors for Roadrunner’s Operations Center in Irving, Texas to support loan servicing and collections for its financial products business. The role focuses on outbound and inbound collection calls, delinquency management, compliance with federal and state collections laws, resolving complex servicing issues, and helping customers with payment extensions and refinance options. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, around two years of collections or servicing experience preferred, working knowledge of Word and Excel, familiarity with LoanPro or similar web-based systems, and strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. The schedule is flexible with some nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and partial work-from-home requirements.
