Description
The Insurance Claims Specialist will prepare and process insurance claims, verify payer data, submit electronic claims, investigate denials and errors, follow up on delinquent accounts, respond to payer and agency inquiries, maintain AR schedules, and resolve customer requests. The role is a contract-to-hire, fully onsite position in Louisville, Kentucky, with a pay range of $18.00–$18.50 per hour and benefits subject to eligibility. A high school diploma is required, while a medical billing/coding certification is preferred.
