Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City is hiring a part-time College Access Specialist to support youth, families, and mentors through college access programming. The role includes planning and leading college access workshops, providing one-on-one counseling on college applications and decision-making, analyzing financial aid packages, coordinating college admission representatives, distributing resources, maintaining case notes, recruiting interns, and supporting recruitment and enrollment for the incoming Freshmen Class. The position is hybrid, requires availability for evenings and weekends, and pays $30 per hour.
