Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City is hiring a full-time, exempt College and Career Success Program Manager, Year 3 & 4 to provide individualized coaching, resources, workshops, and mentor support to third- and fourth-year college scholars. The role also supports enrollment and facilitation of the Career Pathways program, graduation planning, program design and evaluation, reporting, and funding proposals. Candidates need at least five years of experience working with upperclassmen in a formal career success or career advising setting, experience with FAFSA, TAP, scholarships, job and graduate-school applications, adult volunteer management, and program facilitation. The salary range is $50,000–$55,000.
