Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Supply Chain Trainee in Singapore to support a digital transformation initiative that automates material availability reporting. The trainee will use Python to transform manual data extraction, consolidation, validation, and updates into an efficient, scalable solution, improving supply chain visibility and operational efficiency. The role is intended for an undergraduate student pursuing engineering, supply chain management, data analytics, business analytics, or a related discipline, with analytical, problem-solving, and digital transformation skills; basic Python, Excel, or Power BI knowledge is advantageous. The trainee will collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, planning, and operations teams and will learn supply chain management, materials planning, inventory control, data analytics, process automation, business intelligence, and reporting.
